1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LinkCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What LinkCraft Does

LinkCraft is an AI-powered content generation tool for LinkedIn. It helps you convert resumes into LinkedIn About sections, generate personalized cold messages, and create LinkedIn posts. Generated content is for reference only; you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use.

3. Anti-Spam Policy

• • Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• • Do not harass, threaten, or abuse any person.
• • Do not violate LinkedIn Terms of Service or User Agreement.
• • Do not impersonate any person or entity.
• • Do not generate misleading or fraudulent content.

4. LinkedIn Platform Compliance

LinkCraft does not automate actions on LinkedIn. All generated content must be manually reviewed, copied, posted, or sent by you. You are solely responsible for complying with LinkedIn rules.

5. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, bias, or inappropriate suggestions. You must review all content before publishing or sending it. LinkCraft does not guarantee reply rates, engagement, leads, hiring outcomes, or revenue results.

6. Subscription & Payment

• • Pro plan is $39/month or $27/month when billed annually. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
• • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• • New subscriptions have a 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, refunds are not provided for the current billing period.
• • When you cancel, Pro access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the content you generate using LinkCraft. You grant LinkCraft a limited license to process your input and store generated content for your use. We do not use your private content to train AI models.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, especially the Anti-Spam Policy. You may request account deletion at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

LinkCraft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
