1. What We Collect

• • Resume content — when you upload a PDF/Word/TXT file for LinkedIn About generation. We process it and delete the original file after processing. We do not store your resume permanently unless you explicitly choose to save it.
• • Generated content — the LinkedIn About, messages, and posts our AI generates for you. This is stored so you can access it later.
• • Contact research data — LinkedIn profile URLs and publicly available information you provide for cold message personalization.
• • Usage data — generation counts and feature usage so we can enforce quota limits and improve the service.
• • Payment data — PayPal processes your payment. We only store subscription status, not financial details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• • To generate LinkedIn content for you: About sections, headlines, messages, and posts.
• • To manage your account, subscription, and quota.
• • To improve product quality and user experience.
• • To send service emails such as password reset or subscription updates. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all personal data at any time by emailing support@linkcraft.app. We will delete your account, generated content, and contact data within 30 days. Resume files are deleted immediately after processing.

4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

5. Data Security

We use TLS in transit and encrypted storage where available. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to production data follows least-privilege principles.

6. Third-Party Services

• • DeepSeek — processes text for AI content generation.
• • PayPal — processes payments and subscriptions.
• • Google OAuth — authenticates login. We only receive your email and name.

7. Data Retention

• • Account data: retained while your account is active plus 30 days after deletion request.
• • Resume files: deleted immediately after processing.
• • Generated content: retained until you delete it or close your account.
• • Analytics: aggregated and anonymized after 90 days where possible.
